Begüm Ormancı is an Istanbul-based photography-videography artist.
She approaches music as a state of mind rather than a solid product of humanity. This perspective of hers pushes her to develop an experimentative visual language merging with music, resulting in a blend of digital and analogue photography techniques on and off stage .
Along with stage & backstage photography, she works as a creative director with artists, providing for their musical projects' audiovisual material such as cover art, short video sketches and promo shots.
